Step one

Checkout

The customer chooses M-Pesa on your website, app or till screen and confirms their phone number.

Step two

Prompt

An M-Pesa prompt appears on their phone. They enter their PIN, with no Paybill number to type.

Step three

Confirm

Safaricom confirms the payment to your system, and every confirmation is checked before it is accepted.

Step four

Update

The order is marked paid, the customer gets a receipt and your team sees it in the dashboard.
